New York, USA – A basic white girl’s jaw literally dropped when she popped a bottle of mid tier champagne for her 20th birthday.
Ashleigh Mackenzie turned 20 a few days ago. For her birthday party, which she organized herself, she wanted to go ‘a bit extra’ by popping a bottle of champagne.
Upon doing so, she was shocked and surprised that the cork of the bottle flew across the room.
“OH MY GOD. When that cork flew, my jaw LITERALLY DROPPED. I was like, O.M.G, that was like so crazy! How did that even happen?! Like what?!”

Ashleigh’s expressions denoted surprise and bewilderment that such a phenomena occurred, as evidenced by the many Instagram photos and TikTok videos she posted of the incident. She claims that she did not expect that to happen at all.
Satirica tried to obtain copies of these videos and pictures but were unable to do so due to the exorbitant amount of money she was asking for them.
This is not the first time Ashleigh has had such an experience with champagne and corks flying. For her 18th birthday, she also popped a bottle of champagne with the same result, producing the same surprised reaction. Furthermore, due to her very busy social life, she has been known to pop champagne bottles every other week or so. She is surprised every time the cork flies across the room.
She’ll display her shock by opening her mouth wide open, raising her hand over her mouth as if to say, “I did not know that was going to happen,” prolonging her expressive emotions for longer than is necessary, followed by a loud, exaggerated laugh and loud cheer.
Ashleigh has plans to pop another bottle of champagne next week when she celebrates her mother’s 52nd birthday party. It is expected that she will exhibit the same wide open mouth covered by her hand reaction as she always does.
